1. Who we are
PanelReady ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered interview simulation platform at getpanelready.co.uk. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Payments
PanelReady uses one-off payments only. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Prep Pass (£29.99) gives 30 days of access to the full sector simulation library from the date of purchase. Viva Standard (£49.99) and Viva Premium (£89.99) each give 30 days of access to the PhD viva simulation. Professional Assessment (£49.99) gives 30 days of access to RICS APC and ICE Professional Review simulations. Custom builds (£99.99) are charged once on confirmation. Team and organisation plans are priced per seat and charged once at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
4. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and have completed no more than one practice session, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment by emailing hello@panelready.io. Custom builds are non-refundable once work has commenced. Organisation seat purchases are subject to refund terms agreed at the time of order.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to extract or reverse-engineer our simulation content or AI prompts, sharing your account access with others, using the platform for any unlawful purpose, or attempting to disrupt or overload our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
6. AI-generated content
Panel questions, follow-up prompts, scoring, and feedback are generated using artificial intelligence for practice and self-improvement purposes only. Scores do not predict performance in real interviews, vivas, or professional assessments. A high score here does not indicate you will succeed in the real thing; a low score does not indicate you will fail. This content does not represent the actual questions, criteria, or processes used by any employer, university, or professional body. We make no guarantee that practising on the platform will improve outcomes in any real interview or assessment. See our Disclaimer for further detail.
7. Custom builds
Where you commission a custom simulation build, we will confirm scope and delivery timeline before work begins. Custom builds are for your personal or organisational use only and may not be redistributed or resold. We review each build before granting access and reserve the right to decline if the requested format cannot be accurately or responsibly simulated.
8. Intellectual property
All simulation content, scoring frameworks, software, and branding on this platform are owned by PanelReady or our licensors. You may use the platform for personal practice or, where licensed, for your organisation's cohort, but you may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform depends on third-party infrastructure including AI processing, authentication, and payment providers, and we are not liable for outages or failures caused by those providers.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PanelReady is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of opportunity, income, or interview outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
